Two-Tone Tungsten Egg Fly Tying Tutorial

This is a pattern we found while scrolling through Instagram. Like many tiers, we have hundreds of screenshots saved on my phone of flies that we really like. This was a pattern posted by @Day_Fly_. It is a very simple pattern that has turned out to be quite effective. It’s really simple and quick to tie, and it looks great in the water.

You can adjust the size and colour of the bead to suit your needs, as well as the colour of the Eggit, to get your desired effect. We typically tie this with either an orange or a pink bead and especially like the Candy or Sockeye coloured Eggit. Spin a few up and let us know how they do for you!
