Make sure you are signed in by clicking on Sign In on your computer or on the Customer Icon on your mobile device and log into your account
Go to My Account
Go to My Profile
Add your phone number
Click Save.

Doing this will our staff to quickly locate your account and apply your rewards without spelling out long email addresses at the counter.

Yes. As long as you have created a valid customer account you will be able to collect. The staff member assisting will ask for the phone number associated with your account at the checkout.

Yes. Points are earned on eligible purchases made through our online store when you are logged into your customer account.

You earn 1 point for every dollar you spend, excluding taxes and shipping if applicable. Occasionally we run promotions or bonus events where you can earn extra points. Specific earning rates and promotions may change throughout the year.

Yes. We offer bonus point opportunities during special events. Make sure you are subscribed to emails or follow us on social media to stay updated.

You can check your points balance by:

Logging into your customer account online.
Viewing your rewards account through the loyalty rewards page.

Staff can also help look up your account in-store.

Points can be redeemed during checkout online or in-store once you reach the required redemption level.

No. Your points don't expire.

Yes. Rewards can be redeemed both online and in-store as long as you are logged into or identified through your customer account.

If a purchase was made without using your loyalty account, please contact us as soon as possible with your receipt and we will add the points for you. You have a maximum of 14 days to reclaim your points.

No. Loyalty points are tied to individual customer accounts and cannot be transferred.

Yes. If an item is returned or refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.

In most cases yes, but some promotions or limited offers may have restrictions. Details will always be provided during checkout.
