By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Sea-Run Loyalty Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

  1. For every full Canadian dollar that you spend at Sea-Run Fly & Tackle (using cash, credit or debit card, or gift cards), you will earn one (1) loyalty point.
  2. You will not earn loyalty points when purchasing gift cards. However, purchases made using a gift card as payment are eligible to earn loyalty points.
  3. You will not earn any loyalty points for any applicable taxes, tips, or donations.
  4. You will not earn any loyalty points when you pay for your purchases with redeemed loyalty points.
  5. We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, exclude certain products or categories from earning or redeeming loyalty points.
  6. Loyalty points are issued only on full Canadian dollar amounts. No fractional points will be awarded.
  7. You may redeem your loyalty points as follows:

      You may redeem 500 loyalty points to receive $10 off any purchase of $10 or more before taxes at Sea-Run Fly & Tackle.

      You may redeem 1000 loyalty points to receive $20 off any purchase of $20 or more before taxes at Sea-Run Fly & Tackle.

  1. If you wish to redeem your loyalty points on your account, then we may ask you for government-issued photo identification for the protection of your account and to confirm your identity.
  2. If your points were not added at the time of purchase, you may request them within 14 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt. Please provide a copy of your receipt when submitting your request. Requests made after 14 days are no longer eligible for point adjustments.
  3. Our loyalty points program is intended for personal use only. Our loyalty points program is not intended for commercial use (guides or wholesale).
  4. Your Sea-Run Fly & Tackle account is personal to you. Similarly, your loyalty points are personal to you, and may not be sold, transferred, or shared with any other person.
  5. Our loyalty points have no cash value.
  6. We are not liable or responsible in any way for any tax consequences which may flow from your participation in our loyalty points program. You will be solely responsible for your own tax payments and reporting requirements (including, without limitation, any income tax reporting requirements).
  7. To join the Sea-Run Loyalty Rewards Program you must create a customer account if you don't already have. This can be done online or in-store. 
  8. When setting up your Sea-Run Fly & Tackle customer account we require a first name, last name, email address and phone number. Your phone number will be used to bring up your customer account for in-store shopping.
  9. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership in our loyalty points program if we suspect that you are abusing our loyalty points program or if we suspect you are in breach of these terms and conditions.
  10. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate our loyalty points program at any time and for any reason. In such an event, no compensation or recourse will be available. Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms and conditions to our website (www.sea-run.com) and you waive any right you may have to receive notice of such amendment(s).
  11. If any provision or part of a provision of these terms and conditions are deemed to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed to be severable from these terms and conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining terms and conditions.
  12. Our loyalty points program is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
  13. No exceptions will be made to these terms and conditions.
