Skip Nymph Fly Tying Video & Recipe

The Skip Nymph (originated by Skip Morris) is a great pattern for imitating mayflies in our BC lakes and rivers. This versatile pattern is a must-have in your fly box! This tan colouration is one of my favorites, but you will also find this pattern in other colours such as brown and olive in my box. Adding a bead head or a few wraps of lead wire to some patterns will make this more versatile as you can cover different depths in the water column. Give this one a try and let us know how it works for you!
