Capilano Lime Bug Fly Tying Tutorial

The Capilano Lime Bug is a movement driven coho fly designed for stripping through canyon pools and deeper runs where salmon tend to hold. Built with a marabou tail, rubber legs, and an olive UV Ice Dub body, the pattern creates a lively, buggy profile that pulses and moves with each strip. The chartreuse bead helps the fly sink quickly so it can reach the holding water faster. When retrieved through the pool, the marabou and rubber legs come alive, giving the fly a lot of motion that can trigger aggressive strikes from coho.
