BRB Chironomid Fly Tying Tutorial

The BRB Chironomid is a simple pattern that features a bronze window tint body to represent a gassed up pupae. The bronze window tint is in between ASB and silver window tint.

The round wire rib runs along the edge of the window tint to help add definition and depth to the segmentation of the fly.

Whether you are fishing this fly under an indicator, on a naked line or on a full sinking deep line, you can the BRB Chironomid with confidence. Tie this pattern with different thread, rib and bead colour combinations to dial it in for your favourite stillwaters.
