BBQ Salmon with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Fresh Herbs

- 5 garlic cloves
- crushed 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- chopped 1 tbsp fresh basil
- chopped 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes packed in oil
- teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup oil from sundried tomatoes
- 3 lb salmon fillet
Combine garlic, parsley, basil, tomatoes, salt and oil. Set aside. With very sharp knife, cut hatched slits in fillet. Cut to the skin, but not through it. Spread garlic/tomatoe mixture over fillet and into the slits. Cook on BBQ for 15 mins, or until done.
