Vedder Red Chinook Float Fishing Jig Tying Tutorial

This is a fairly typical style of float fishing jig for us here at the shop, but this one is tied in a colour combo that we like to use for Chinook. It’s tied on slightly heavier jig head so that it can quickly get down into that tanky water those fish like to hold in. The heavier head also helps to balance out the large bait offering that we like to hang off the back. The colour combo we used on this jig also looks like a big chunk of roe in the water and there is one thing about Chinook, they love a big chunk of bait!
