In this course you will learn to tie intruders, tube flies, spey-style patterns, Egg Clusters, and the renowned Tasmanian Bullet. Each fly serves a unique purpose in targeting different salmon species, including Pinks, Coho, Sockeye, and Chinook.

Dennis’s Tasmanian Bullet, for example, is highly effective in fast-moving water, making it a favourite among seasoned anglers. By mastering these techniques, participants can significantly improve their success on the water. These flies are also effective for other species such as Bull Trout and Steelhead.

What You’ll Learn:

• Tying techniques for tubes and articulated flies
• How to set up intruder rigs
• Practical skills to improve success when targeting salmon and other species

Dennis Gamboa has more than 30 years of experience in the art of fly tying, Dennis will guide you through an engaging course focused on creating a wide range of salmon flies.

Prerequisite: Fundamentals 101 or equivalent fly-tying experience

Tying Materials will be supplied for the course.
