13 Fishing Products
13 Fishing Products is a relatively new company. They began manufacturing ice fishing tackle in 2011 and since then, have expanded their product line extensively. They produce a huge line of rods, reels and lures. Fast forward to 2019 and 13 Fishing joined forces with the Rapala VMC Corporation. This was the same year that Sea-Run Fly & Tackle started to bring in 13 Fishing Products. Since then, we have expanded our line-up of 13 Fishing Products and have been incredibly impressed with their performance. They have great customer service and their products are offered at affordable prices. While 13 Fishing is a newer company in the industry, there is no doubt that they will continue to thrive for many years to come.
13 Fishing Rods

Defy S Spinning Rod
The 13 Fishing Defy S Spinning Rod was designed with river salmon fishing in mind. It doubles as a good option for saltwater salmon and light duty lingcod or rock cod fishing as well. These rods are constructed from a Japanese 24T blank. They have very good sensitivity as well as durability. The guides are Fuji Fazlite guides, which are very good quality guides. These rods are offered in an 8’2”, 8’10” and a 9’10” and all are in a medium heavy action.
Fate Black Spinning Rod
The 13 Fishing Fate Black Spinning Rod series has rods for both trout and salmon fishing applications. These rods are constructed on a PVG30T blank. The handle is an EVA foam handle with an Evolve Soft Touch ported reel seat to keep these rods lightweight, comfortable in the hand and very durable. We stock these rods in a 6’6” medium, 7’ medium light, 7’ light, 8’ medium and an 8’ medium light.
Defy Silver Spinning Rod
We stock the light and ultra-light models of the 13 Fishing Defy Silver Spinning Rod. While an ultra-light rod might make one think of a very soft, whimpy rod, these are far from that. Yes, they are light, but they still have a lot of backbone in the butt section for tangling with decent-sized fish. Constructed from Japanese 24T blanks, they have cork handles and Evolve Soft Touch ported reel seats.

Concept A3 Baitcasting Reel
The 13 Fishing Concept A3 Baitcasting Reel is a large low-profile style of reel. It’s built tough to handle the largest of salmon in rivers or as a light duty lingcod or rock cod reel. These reels have an incredible 40lb carbon bull drag system for some serious stopping power. The 7 ball bearings in the reel ensure super smooth casting.
Concept A Baitcasting Reel
The 13 Fishing Concept A Baitcasting Reel is built strong with Japanese Hami Cut Hardened Brass Gears for increased longevity. The 7 ball bearings make casting and drifting smooth. The 25lb carbon bull drag system makes this reel a great option for bass fishing or lighter salmon and steelhead fishing.
Origin Blackout Baitcasting Reel
The 13 Fishing Origin Blackout Baitcasting Reel is an incredible value. This low-profile baitcasting reel has 5 ball bearings and an 18lb drag system. It has a very sharp-looking blacked-out frame and components. This is a great entry level reel that is a big over-achiever in its performance.
Kalon Blackout Spinning Reel
The 13 Fishing Kalon Blackout Spinning Reel has 6 ball bearings. The precision CNC-cut Z cast drive system drives the gears. The reel features an instant stop anti-reverse. It has 7lbs of drag in the 1.0 size and 14lbs of drag in the 2.0 and 3.0 sizes. All-in-all, this is a super solid spinning reel.

Motor Boat Swimbait
If you want your lure to get noticed, the 13 Fishing Motor Boat Swimbait is for you. The unique propeller on the back of the lure creates an action and commotion not seen with other lures. This lure is totally weedless and rigged up with a VMC wide gap hook.
El Diablo 65 Lipless Crankbait
The 13 Fishing El Diablo 65 Lipless Crankbait can sink to deeper depths and perform well in heavy grass. It has multiple rattles to agitate the big fish and it’s equipped with two chemically sharpened VMC hooks.
Wart Hog
Get the hogs biting with the 13 Fishing Wart Hog. This lure has a wide head for a wide wobble, multiple rattles, high-definition paint and two chemically sharpened VMC treble hooks.
Glidesdale Swimbait
If you want big bass, send the 13 Fishing Glidesdale Swimbait out! These lures have a very realistic swimming motion and a look that has been perfected over years of development and testing. They feature two chemically sharpened VMC treble hooks to ensure the lunker of a lifetime is yours.
